Potential distributors must present all mandatory documents showing they are indeed lawful handlers and vendors of pharmaceutical products, documents of their key staff showing suitable training for the handling of pharmaceutical products, ownership of facilities or use rights over such facilities as suitable for the transportation, storage, and delivery of pharmaceutical products, and preferably an established history both financially and within the pharmaceutical industry.
