The key to any successful manufacturing process is preparation. This preparation process begins with ensuring we have the correctly trained staff, suitable facilities and working equipment.

Staff Training

To ensure the production staff is up to par, we encourage every staff member to continue their education process through formal training, monitoring of industry journals, and involving them in the decision-making process. The time spent on these activities is not considered wasted, by any means. Maintaining our staff’s awareness of the current state and trends in our industry ensures a working knowledge for the operation of our company and is therefore an investment.

Facility Preparation

The space preparation process begins with our on-going cleaning and sterilization process. Every non-production surface is cleaned periodically with the sealing surface inspected to reduce or eliminate the possibility of non-point contamination of the production and storage facilities. Even minor issues are documented and addressed promptly.

A critical component in the preparation process is our water filtration system. Utilizing a multi-stage filtration process, water entering our facility is sanitized. This process utilizes several high-power water purification units:

  • Impregnated activated charcoal-filters with silver for water de-chlorination. ( Due to the oligodynamic effect of silver, it kills microorganisms in the water )
  • 0.5T Two-grade reverse-osmosis Machine
  • Industrial Reverse Osmosis System
  • ELECTRODIONIZATION UNIT
  • 5-Stage Distillation Water Machine
  • ULTRAFILTRATION UNIT FILTER BY PALL

  • Materials Preparation

Material intended for use during the ensuing production process must pass through one final sanitation process. All debris and dust is carefully removed from the packaging containing the material. The material is then moved to a measuring station where precise quantities are extracted and placed into quarantine. At this point the production process splits into the oral pharmaceutical line and the injectable sterile pharmaceutical line.
