Oxymetholone is an anabolic steroid, stimulate the genetic system of the cell, which cause increasing muscle mass, decreasing fat deposits, induce the fixing calcium in bones, produce sodium and water retention.

Oxymetholone is used for proteins synthesis problems, in traumatism, wide burns, after catching/infectious disease and irradiation, in osteoporosis.
